At Instrument Exploration Camp 2025, the students learned a new instrument every day of the week! They learned Piano, Ukulele, Recorders, Drums, and Violins. Through active lessons, crafts, and various classroom activities, they grew in their musicality and playing ability.
Instrument Exploration Camp was designed to fit students of any experience. I had some piano students who I knew very well, and a few kids with less experience but they all grew in their instrument playing ability in different ways. At the end of the week, we did a mini recital where we played "Let it Be" by the Beatles with everyone on a new instrument they had never played before, as well as played the Tetris theme with handbells. All in all, it was a very musical week!
